Subject: [ocs-atlanta] If Interested join us on November 5th for the World Wide Anti Whaling Day

Hello Everyone,

I know this is not entirely related to the main themes of this group but I wanted to send out an simple invitation. On October 14th 2010 myself and my wife joined the world (55 countries and over 80 protests) by meeting 60-70 animal rights activists in front of the Japanese Embassy here in Atlanta, GA to protest the slaughter of approximately 20,000 dolphins in Japan a year.

If you love nature and you love the outdoors I hope you would also love the creatures found in them and not just on land but in the oceans. Many people don’t realize but 70% of our oxygen comes from the oceans and the creatures in it maintain the balances that keep it alive.

If you are interested in this please e-mail me at Timothy1910@gmail.com for more information. On November 5th about 100 activists will be PEACEFULLY meeting in front of the Japanese Embassy to protest the slaughter of whales (and dolphins) along with 55 countries and over 80 protests happening worldwide. Come be part of the change, it is fun, it is liberating, and hopefully, soon Japan will tire of the shame these fisherman are bringing on their otherwise beautiful nation and cease these activities. In the 1800′s Japan banished the Samurai and became modern, now Japan needs to banish the slaughter of intelligent, self aware whales and dolphins and become part of the 21st century!!!
