This year’s officers were tremendous in their talents and passions for helping animals. This allowed for us to have such an active and successful year. A few of our accomplishments were: raising hundreds of dollars for animals in need, having the Chair of the State Bar’s Animal Law Section speak to us, organizing transports, and working with and helping adopt several animals. We also had a very active outreach and support system for several individuals, nationwide, who contacted us via the internet for help with their animal law needs and we found lawyers to assist them. We are most thankful to our faculty sponsor and animal lawyer hero Professor Shi!
